To book your holiday with Elysian Holidays, simply follow the steps below:

1. E-mail us with the property and dates of your choice. (Lettings will usually be on a Saturday to Saturday basis).
   
   
2. We will then check availability with the property Owner and confirm back to you.
   
   
3. You will then need to complete and sign our Booking Form and mail it to us together with a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the property price if you are paying by sterling cheque (see item 4 below).

   If paying the 40% deposit by credit card we still require the completed and signed Booking Form to be mailed to us. Please click HERE for the booking form which can be printed off and completed before being returned to us.
   
   Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
   
   

4. The 40% deposit can be paid by credit or debit card or if you are in the UK, by sterling cheque made payable to ‘Elysian Holidays Ltd’ or by bank transfer (our bank details will be provided when we confirm your provisional reservation to you - see item 2 above).

   From outside the UK, payment of the 40% deposit can also be paid by credit or debit card or by bank transfer. (Overseas bank transfers will be subject to an additional £15 surcharge to cover collection charges.)

   For balances or full amounts and if you are in the UK, payment should be by sterling cheque, made payable to ‘Elysian Holidays Ltd’ or bank transfer. For balances and full amounts from outside the UK, payment should be by bank transfer.
   
   

5. Balance of payment is due not less than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the commencement date of your stay at the property as stated on the confirmation letter.
   
   
6. All bookings are subject to Elysian Holidays Limited Holiday Booking Conditions and our Privacy Policy which you must read before making any booking through us.

Flights and Travel Insurance
Please note that we are happy to provide information on flights from the UK although we do not sell or offer to sell or book flights on your behalf. We can however provide Travel Insurance. If you wish to book this through us please contact us for further information.
